As we deal in food products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

- Product received in damaged condition
- Product leakage during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Genuine product quality concerns verified by our team

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Mandatory Proof

To process any claim, customers must provide:

- Unboxing video of the package
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Order details

Claims without adequate supporting evidence may not be approved.

Quality Complaints

For quality-related concerns, our team may conduct an internal review before approving any refund or replacement request.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Refund Process
