Shipping Policy
Order Processing:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery:
Free Shipping: Available for all orders over INR 799 and also for local orders of Lucknow.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under INR 799, a flat rate of INR 49 applies for prepaid orders and extra 50 rupees applies for COD orders.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Shipping Locations:
We ship to all locations within India.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a whatsapp message with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Process:

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with instructions.
3. Ship Back the Product: Send the item back using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
